When purchasing digital products, delivered either online or via download, we offer no refund once the product has been accessed in our members area or downloaded by the customer. From time to time our promotions will offer a guarantee and/or refund period that will supersede this standard policy.

For live events, we offer a full refund on your ticket purchase up to 30 days before the event. After that time, any cancellation will incur a $500 non-refundable seat deposit charge per ticket. If you cancel within 72 hours of the event, your ticket purchase is fully non-refundable, though you will be given the option to join us at a future event.
