Purchase Terms of Agreement

The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

Payment Policy

All transactions for the purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

Pitch Anything reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings without prior notice.

A valid credit card or a Paypal account is required for paying accounts.

The Pitch Anything products, like Pitch Mastery, Cold email Outreach, Pitch Anything Edge, Daily Dealmaker, Elite Dealmaker, and any future products launched for online sale and access are billed in advance on a monthly basis. They will continue to charge you on a monthly basis at the initial subscription rate. This will happen on the same day of the subsequent month that you initially joined.

If your subscription has a Free Trial grace period, which is offered with the intent that you try out the mechanics of the members' platform (like logging in, accessing content, having an overview of the content and structure), your CC will automatically be charged at the end of that period.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your paying account at any time via the "My Subscriptions" page on your account menu. You must be logged in to cancel your account and choose the option "Cancel this Membership" and follow the directions completely to cancel. Once you complete the cancellation process, you will not be charged again (if you choose "immediate cancel") and your account will be closed at the end of your current monthly payment period.

You as the user, are responsible for self-canceling your account. Emailing or calling support to cancel may not result in cancellation and you may be required to provide more information. You must go through the self-cancellation process (noted above) in order to cancel your account.

Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Subscriptions - Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on orenklaff.com or previously, pitchmastery.com or even pitchanything.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy. A Refund may ONLY be applied if we fail to assist you in getting access to your account after being notified via our [email protected] email.

2. Live Events & Coaching (in person or virtual) - In case you purchase a ticket for one of Oren's events, in-person or online, if you don't go or are not actively participating online without previous notification, you will be considered a No-Show and a refund will not be applicable.

Delivery of Goods and Services

If you do not receive a welcome/confirmation email upon purchasing, you can immediately contact [email protected] with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
